1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Constant Concepts AI (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Constant Concepts AI is a Phoenix-based digital marketing agency. We provide web design and development, mobile apps, SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, conversion-rate optimization, AI/data solutions, video and branding, and CRM automation services on either project-based or retainer engagements.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited communications • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others • Engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, code, design, and brand assets of Constant Concepts AI are the exclusive intellectual property of Constant Concepts. Content you create using the Service remains yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to host and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Constant Concepts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment or abuse. You may delete your account at any time via account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Constant Concepts is incorporated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
