What started as "find estate sales near me" turned into a full cross-platform launch. We shipped iOS + Android from a single React + Capacitor codebase, a Firebase backend (Firestore, Functions, Auth, FCM), a TSP-optimized multi-stop route planner, an offline mode for spotty cell coverage, Premier Access ticketing with QR check-in, a seller analytics dashboard, and the App Store + Play Store submission — both stores approved in a single review cycle. We ran the build process; the client owns the code.

The Challenge
The estate sale market had no modern discovery app. Buyers were navigating Craigslist and paper flyers; sellers had no digital tools to manage listings, attendance, or early-access ticketing.
How we did it
Research & Architecture
Mapped the full buyer journey from search to multi-stop route planning. Chose React + Capacitor for a single codebase targeting iOS and Android, Firebase for real-time sync, and Google Maps for TSP route optimization.
App Build
Shipped the real-time map discovery view, TSP-optimized route planner with departure-time recommendations, category/price/distance filters, offline mode for spotty coverage, and Premier Access early-entry ticketing with QR check-in.
Seller Dashboard & Backend
Built the full seller platform — listing creation, photo and video upload, hours management, and analytics. All backed by Firestore with real-time listener updates across all connected devices.
App Store Launch
Generated App Store screenshots and metadata via Fastlane CI, submitted review assets for both stores. Both iOS and Android approved in a single review cycle.
