Refreshed the brand identity with a new wordmark, updated color system, and packaging redesign that preserved brand equity with existing customers while opening the DTC channel.

Built a Shopify DTC store with product photography direction, copy, and a subscription option for the brand's top-moving SKUs — reducing single-order churn.
