A regional food brand with loyal in-store customers and no direct-to-consumer channel — entirely dependent on retail placement with no way to capture the revenue premium of selling direct.
How we did it
Brand Identity Refresh
Refreshed the brand identity with a new wordmark, updated color system, and packaging redesign that preserved brand equity with existing customers while opening the DTC channel.
E-commerce Launch
Built a Shopify DTC store with product photography direction, copy, and a subscription option for the brand's top-moving SKUs — reducing single-order churn.
Packaging Refresh
Redesigned packaging across the full product line with consistent brand language, updated nutritional information layout, and retail-shelf hierarchy optimized for side-by-side visibility.
